At The Artssy Potion every product is completely handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Since each resin artwork is handmade and custom-created, slight variations may occur, making every piece unique.

No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds or cancellations once the order is placed. Kindly check all product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Broken Product Claims

If you receive a damaged or broken product, we can assist with a replacement claim only under the following conditions:

A proper unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must be recorded from the beginning of opening the package without any cuts or pauses.

The claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The unboxing video and order details should be sent to us via email for verification.

Once verified by our team, we will provide further assistance regarding replacement eligibility.

Important Note

Claims without a proper continuous unboxing video or claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
