By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to our refund, replacement, shipping, and customization policies. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Any damage claims must be supported with a proper unboxing video recorded without cuts within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without valid proof will not be accepted.
